According to charging documents obtained by AL.com, the woman, identified as Grace, allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body at a busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama. When law enforcement officers attempted to arrest her, she reportedly refused to identify herself and instead sat down on the side of the road, declining to comply with their directives. Her initial court appearance is scheduled for April 11th.

As per E! News, Grace did not have legal representation on record for comment. She is the second child of country singer Wynonna Judd and her ex-husband Arch Kelley III, joining their son Elijah Judd, who is 29 years old. The couple divorced in 1998 after two years of marriage.

In addition, Grace is a mother herself, having a young daughter. Reports from Us Weekly and Entertainment Tonight suggest that Grace has had previous encounters with the law, including a 2018 incident that resulted in an eight-year prison sentence for violating probation.

East Tennessee public information officer Robert Reburn confirmed to Us Weekly that Grace Pauline Kelley is currently serving an eight-year sentence at West Tennessee State Penitentiary. Her probation was revoked on February 8, 2018, following charges. Kelley received an eight-year sentence for possession of scheduled two drugs, specifically methamphetamine, in June 2016. Additionally, she received a four-year sentence for evading arrest in July 2016.

Wynonna has seldom delved into her daughter’s legal challenges, yet she expresses immense pride in Grace’s resilience.

Speaking on The Pursuit! with John Rich in February 2020, Wynonna shared, “I will tell you this. My daughter is the strongest Judd woman in our ‘herstory.’ She’s healthier than I was at 23. How she got thereā€”I would not go that way, but I was also sequestered. I was on a bus with my mother. Kind of hard to get in trouble. So that could have been me, John, if I didn’t have music.”
