Ejim contributed 18 points and 13 rebounds, while Brynna Maxwell added 17 points and Kaylynne Truong provided 13 points along with seven assists.
Gonzaga will advance to the championship game on Tuesday, facing the winner of Portland-Santa Clara.
Despite a strong effort from Pacific, with Anaya James scoring 23 points and Liz Smith contributing 12, Gonzaga maintained control throughout the game.
The Bulldogs dominated the second quarter, establishing a 38-25 lead at halftime.
Although Gonzaga extended their lead to 20 points in the third quarter, Pacific mounted a comeback, cutting the deficit to 11 before a late 3-pointer from Truong secured a 57-43 lead heading into the final quarter
