- On January 20th, a total of twenty-six archers from Ward County participated in the Bottineau Indoor 4-H Open Archery Match.

- Participants: Brooklyn Bloms, Clay Carpenter, Faith Carpenter, McKinley Schultz, Cole Whitcher (Minot).
- Senior Barebow Division:
- Elizabeth Michel (Berthold) secured second place with a score of 266.
- Also competing: Rebecca Tetralt (Bowbells), Clara Potts (Minot).
- Junior Freestyle Division:
- Quade Everson (Minot) claimed third place with a score of 146.
- Other participants: Lillyanna Wright, Paislee Everson, Breanna Mindt, Tyson Perdue, Hunter Schultz, Hadley Yoder (Minot), Kendall Janz (Ryder), Blake Guritz, Tabitha Hauge (Surrey).
- Junior Barebow Division:
- Brynlee Bloms (Carpio) emerged as the winner with a score of 274.
- Reagan Albert (Ryder) secured eighth place (248), while Mindt placed tenth (244).
- The team of Brynlee Bloms, R. Albert, Mindt, and Taryn Albert (Ryder) won with a combined score of 766.
